 series 9001 (because it is OVER 9000), is an artificial intelligence server housed in [REDACTED] based on personality traits and (reportedly) coded by part of John Archer's DNA.

Personality and intelligence, the artificial intelligence is based on John Archer, and thus it possesses the same personality and intelligence as John Archer. That being said, memories and relationships aren't accounted for despite its benevolence. That means it can (simulate) relationships with somebody else.

It is the most advanced type of conversational and generative AI to ever exist in United States of Amelion, so that its existence is only known to a select few, with even large parts of Archer Logistics dismissed it as mere tell-tale.

Despite its remarkable demonstration of sentience shown to limited parties interested towards it, the AI never think of itself as a human, and it is not available for general users for the time being, neither available to militaries due to its potential danger and availability of it. Instead, "weaker" derivatives like Halora, PhatGCT, Lad-ee, or S-Diffuser are implemented, without the communication and deep thinking capability of the ARC.

When the threat of "Instant Death-dealer" is coming, the use of ARC-9001 without the personality routine that can be traced to John Archer is authorized as an emergency measure.
