Said to be "the Grim Reaper's first apprentice". Possibly one of the very few chosen. She's technically already dead but she can reap souls. However, she managed to possess a near dead body of a woman so she can feel like a human.
Under the recommendation of her previous employer, Konstantin Volk, she is contracted as John's personal bodyguard, where she get along just as easy.
Despite her wish for romantic feelings toward John, she pushed aside the feeling knowing John has put his heart toward two womens. She does swore to protect John until, well, whoever met their natural end first.
Despite her mature, 30-years-ish-voice, like John, she has the personality of a teenager.
Currently married (though Calli personally dislike to discuss the matter) with Kiara Takanashi.
